HPP leases only to professional medical marijuana cultivators who have proven experience with indoor cultivation. We require current copies of all legal filings and agreements with dispensaries or patients. All our tenants sign standard lease agreements and do not have any pertinent outstanding legal issues. HPP rental rates are determined by the lease. We do not partner with our tenants, share-crop or charge a percentage based on harvest yield.
HPP believes that legal medical marijuana cultivation is a legitimate business and we treat our tenants like professionals.
All improvements and construction must be done by a licensed general contractor or electrician. We inspect all construction to insure that it meets or exceeds local building codes. It is important to us that our tenants provide safe spaces for their employees to work and also maintain a secure facility.
